  • Data accessed cannot be "returned" like physical goods.

We understand you may want to evaluate our service before committing. That's why we offer:

7-Day Free Trial Upon Request

New users who have created a free account can request a 7-day trial of any paid tier. Contact our support team to request your trial. No payment information required until you decide to subscribe.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • How to Cancel: Go to your Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
  • Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
